4. Google API Services

ATARA's use of information received from Google API Services adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect Google Drive, Google Calendar, or Gmail, ATARA accesses only what is needed to provide the feature you enabled, and you may disconnect at any time from within ATARA or your Google account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ATARA to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Misuse connected third-party services in violation of their terms.
• Use the Service to harm others or violate applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATARA and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a feature or the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
